Mark Phang
With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Mark Phang has built a career in leading and supporting HR functions across a variety of sectors, with a focus on organizational development and strategic transformation. His experience includes 10 years of managing regional teams and projects across Asia Pacific, covering countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India, China, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Australia.
Mark has held leadership roles including Regional Head of Human Resources for several multinational corporations and has also served as a Senior Consulting Manager with two HR consulting firms. His areas of focus include organizational design, change management, employee assessment and development, talent acquisition systems and processes, job evaluation, succession planning, and manpower planning.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at University Putra Malaysia, having previously earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of South Alabama.

- Malaysia Industrial Court Panel:
- The Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia appointed him as a panel member representing employers in the Malaysia Industrial Court for three terms, from January 2010 to December 2019.
- ABB Malaysian (beside his full-time role as Head of Human Resources)
- In his role at ABB Malaysia, Mr. Davis Chung led significant initiatives:
- Project Lead Change Management – Communication for Asia Pacific ABB during the Global Human Resource Transformation and Shared Services phase (2016-2017).
- Project Lead for ABB Malaysia in the HR Transformation to Shared Service Centre, collaborating with regional teams.
- Panasonic Malaysia (Beside his full-time roles as Senior General Manager, Human Resources and Legal and Compliance):
