There are so many options out there, and retention is a whole new different game now.
One of the things I noticed in recruitment is this – many employees leave because they don’t feel appreciated, both in recognition and salary.
So my advice for employers is this, if you have good talents, offer them salary according to the value they bring – not according to their “seniority”.
People often leave because they get a jump in salary when they change company – but if you can offer that to before it happens, it might bring different results!
