With over 34 years of experience, Davis Chung is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record of leadership and transformation across industries, including electronics, semiconductors, IT/high-tech telco, retail, warehousing, engineering, e-commerce, and consultancy.
He has worked with well-known Multinational Corporations such as National Semiconductor, Honeywell Engineering, KPMG, ABB, and Panasonic, holding leadership positions including HR Director, Vice President, and Senior General Manager.
Davis is a dedicated lifelong learner who earned his Master’s degree in Human Resources Development in 2008 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management (HR), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. - Human Rights Champion at Panasonic Malaysia: Developed policies and procedures for foreign migrant workers, collaborating with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) under the United Nations.

- In his role at ABB Malaysia, Mr. Davis Chung led significant initiatives:
- Project Lead Change Management – Communication for Asia Pacific ABB during the Global Human Resource Transformation and Shared Services phase (2016-2017).
- Project Lead for ABB Malaysia in the HR Transformation to Shared Service Centre, collaborating with regional teams.
- Panasonic Malaysia (Beside his full-time roles as Senior General Manager, Human Resources and Legal and Compliance):
