They appear when success happens and take the credit eventhough the work is not truly done by them. This kind of people are often good in public speaking and know how to communicate with charm, often taking spotlight that’s not theirs.

“Can’t do this.” “Won’t work.” “No point trying.” This kind of people has negative energy that just drain you. They also kill momentum and make things feel dreadful.
Eventhough it’s hard for us to pick our own team, try your best to surround yourself with people who own mistakes, share credit, and bring positive energy.
