After attending Module 2 of the Norman Sales Training on identifying and handling customer attitudes, l'd recommend to follow up with a course on body language. Often, the true message behind a customer's words is conveyed through their non-verbal cues. A dedicated body language course would be a valuable addition to the training.

Additionally, since the course is conducted in English, it could be a challenge for those whose primary language isn't English. Offering translations or localized versions of the content could help ensure everyone fully benefits from the training.

Overall, I found the training to be incredibly impactful, not only for my job but also for my daily life. The insights gained from understanding customer attitudes and body language are invaluable, and I believe everyone can benefit from this training. A big credit to Low for conducting the session so professionally and making it both engaging and practical. I highly recommend this training to others!
