9. Payments
All training registrations and services purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment gateways. Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or cancellation of your registration.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Once a registration is confirmed and payment is made, Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. does not offer refunds for cancellations made by the participant.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any participant cancellation, regardless of the reason or the time of notice.
- Non-Attendance: If a participant fails to attend the scheduled training event (No-Show), the full registration fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
11. Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use the site. However, Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will deny access to any customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
