This policy applies to all training events and registrations managed and operated by Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company”).
1. Cancellation by the Participant
Once a registration is confirmed and payment is made, Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. does not offer refunds for cancellations made by the participant.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any participant cancellation, regardless of the reason or the time of notice.
- Non-Attendance: If a participant fails to attend the scheduled training event (No-Show), the full registration fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation or Postponement by the Company
Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Event Cancellation: In the event that a training session is cancelled by Agensi Pekerjaan VHR Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., all registered participants will receive a 100% full refund of the registration fee paid.
- Event Postponement: If an event is postponed to a new date, participants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company is not responsible for any personal costs incurred by participants, such as travel, airfare, or accommodation, in the event of a cancellation or postponement.
3. Refund Processing (Company Cancellations Only)
- Refunds for events cancelled by the Company will be processed within 14 to 21 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via a bank transfer to the account provided by the participant.
